WHY: Sweet Auburn is one of the best-loved, historic parts of Atlanta. The challenge today is to make sure the area retains all the resources it needs to better meet the needs of its diverse residents, visitors and businesses, and continue revitalization that encourages EQUITABLE growth for all.
HOW: Participate in the collaborative public forum to help better understand our neighborhood’s only redevelopment tool, and create a path for keeping its resources available. We will learn from invited stakeholders including the members of the Atlanta City Council, Atlanta Public Schools, Sweet Auburn Stakeholders, and revitalization professionals with the aim of improving understanding, and share opinions, ideas and perspectives at this public forum.
